Luxury Escape with Cinema, Pool Table & Darts

Positive: We stayed here as a family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We drove through the housing estate, and as we turned into the track up to the property, it was like entering a different world! We loved the large social spaces downstairs, the pool table, the cinema room, the large outdoor dining space outside, and the kids really enjoyed the play equipment - especially the slack line in the trees outside! The dog came too, and being able to walk her straight out of the house into woodland and having Farnley Hall Park so close by was great. Emma and James were so welcoming (the kids were delighted with the welcome basket - thank you!), and having them next door was super helpful - the kettle stopped working, and they provided another straight away. Negative: There is a downstairs loo but only one bathroom. That said, we managed fine - even with tween girls who LOVE a long shower!

Perfect social space in a countryside setting, close to Leeds central Positive: Fantastic place! Perfect social space to enjoy with family and friends, and only a short ride into the centre of Leeds. The central kitchen space, with pool and darts was loved by everyone. This barn has been beautifully converted, and the cinema room is just awesome!! Love this place 😍 Negative: Really nothing to complain about here. The access road is a bit bumpy, so don’t ride up in a Lamborghini 😉

Rodzinne spotkanie w Leeds. Positive: Bardzo wygodne miejsce na krótki pobyt dla grupy przyjaciół lub rodziny. Dużo przestrzeni, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. 3 sypialnie na piętrze, wygodne łóżka, łazienka. Na dole ubikacja. Rozległy salon a do tego kino domowe i stół bilardowy, który zaprasza aby zagrać. Pomocni właściciele. Wyrazili zgodę na wcześniejszy przyjazd, bardzo to pomogło, bo nasz samolot przylatywał dość wcześnie rano, i na nieco dłuższy pobyt. Wszystko w otoczeniu ciszy, zieleni /początek kwietnia 2025/ i śpiewu ptaków. Klimatyczne miejsce. Negative: Trochę mało miejsca do parkowania. Mimo to, w porozumieniu z właścicielami udało się zaparkować 4 samochody. 😃

Fantastic place to hang with the family my teens loved it. Positive: Amazing open plan space with great cinema room and pool table, spacious bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Negative: Only a shared outside space.
